Planning the Ultimate Bash? Multiple large and small event spaces are at your disposal to create an unforgettable experience for your friends and family. In addition to the expansive outdoor Rose Quarry and the Cedar Pavilion Grand Hall, the Cedar Pavilion's Mezzanine level is perfect for rehearsal dinners, cocktail hour, or post-event brunch, allowing guests a heightened view of the Grand Hall below framed by Tuttle Creek Reservoir in the distance. Cedar Pavilion accommodates up to 385 guests indoors, and that can be increased during warm months by expanding to the patio. The Rose Quarry can also be used for very large outdoor events (up to ~ 1,000 guests banquet seated, contact us for additional considerations).
To help you pull off this big event, BV staff will set up your customized table and chair arrangement for your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. You will also have exclusive use of the Stone Lodge Event Suite (1 bedroom & 1 bathroom with a full kitchen and common area) for your entire stay (3 days and 2 nights) at Blue Vista.
