Help Our Guests Create a Memorable Experience
As an Inspiring Lakefront Venue and Retreat, we've got a lot going on. To help our guests host a fantastic event, we have to take care of cleaning event spaces, cleaning our overnight lodging rooms and suites, setup and tear down of furniture, proper maintenance and delivery of rental items, immaculate groundskeeping and landscape maintenance, and prompt and proactive communication with existing and prospective clients. With all those activities, we have a lot of employment opportunities.

College Internships
We primarily host internships for Hospitality Management students interested in either event venues or small local hotel operations, and we are also open to Marketing, Communications, or Business majors looking to develop experience with a small local business. All Blue Vista internships are paid positions.
Previous interns have learned about working at events, housekeeping, cleaning, landscape management, social media communications, and human resources and management. They have conducted projects such as competitive business analysis, managing an event from pre-event client communication through post-event check out and clean up, and conducting a sales tour with prospective clients.
