Setup and take down

Final layout and exact chair count must be submitted two weeks prior to arrival date. Table and chair setup to be completed prior to check-in for the first component. Ceremony chair set-up will be completed no later than 3 hours before the ceremony. Any modifications to original layout are guest responsibility to set up, and you will have access to the chair/table storage areas. Prices per event component (e.g., rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, brunch)
