Applying to rezone the land from agricultural has been a long and informative journey. We now know way more on how local government works and are incredibly grateful for the staff of the Riley County Planning and Zoning and the Public Works Departments for all their guidance and teamwork. Now that the Riley County Commissioners have given us the go-ahead, all that's left is the approval of the final development plan by the Planning Board and we've made it through! Meanwhile...pre-construction begins...!
