The Cedar Pavilion Grand Hall seats up to 300 guests with additional seating on the outdoor terrace that winds down to the Rose Quarry, Blue Vista's large grassy event space. The mezzanine level of the Cedar Pavilion is perfect for small brunches, an elevated ceremony, cocktail hour, or a rehearsal dinner. The Cedar Pavilion's Event Suite (2 bed, 1 bath with kitchenette and common area) provides plenty of space to plan, get ready, and unwind throughout your time at BV.

The Classic Celebration package is for large events that require minimal set up and take down time. This 24 hour BV experience includes access to all the chairs and tables you need to achieve the look you want and space to recuperate in the Cedar Pavilion Event Suite.
The Grand Gala package is for those who prefer a do-it-yourself option and includes 3 days & 2 nights to accommodate a rehearsal dinner or get-together before the main event and time to open gifts or have brunch with family the day after. Access to all the tables and chairs you need to achieve the look you want is included along with 20% off an adventure rental.
Get away for a 3 day, 3 night ultimate bash! To help you pull off the multiple festivities, BV staff will set up your customized table and chair arrangements for all components of your event (e.g., rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, brunch) and you receive 20% off BV adventure rentals to complete the experience!
